T2010a Series Products Description and Specifications:
1.The use of PSLM combined with the PMP to achieve 100% high-precision solder paste 3D measurement in SMT production line.
2.Using PSLM technology, changed the traditional way of generating 3D Struct Light, the traditional glass grating moire required mechanically driven by a piezoelectric motor(PZT).By using PSLM, no need glass grating and mechanical parts any more. The elimination of the mechanical drive and moving parts, greatly improving the ease of use and avoid mechanical wear and reduce maintenance costs.
3.By using the Stop&Catch methods combined with multiple image acquisition, realize highly repeatable 3D results on the solder paste measurement. Compared to conventional scanning just take one pictures only on the solder paste a scan sampling, multiple image acquisition greatly enhancing the accuracy and reliable test results.
4.Patened D-Lighting technology achieves full light spectrum detect ability. It is perfect solution to solve the shadow effect and reduce noise interference during 3D measurement.

Training and after-sales service
1.1 Training services
1, Two weeks after the signing of the contract, Party A can arrange 2-4 people's engineers or operators to B factory free training, but also after the arrival of equipment by the B side engineer on-site training. Equipment to reach customers, our after-sales engineers will be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the new machine services for customers to install debugging equipment, in the delivery date 2-5 days after the installation and commissioning to complete the training.
2, At the time of installation, Party B shall send senior engineer to be responsible for on-site training so that the factory production personnel can accept the unified training content and facilitate the use and maintenance of the latter equipment. The training course is arranged by Party B but includes at least the following:
a. The overall mechanism of the machine, the basic performance, working principle, working conditions to explain.
b. Machine specific operation and maintenance.
c. Parameter setting precautions.
d. Software operation demonstration.
e. In case of emergency or emergency treatment.
f. Routine maintenance of the machine (including inspection, lubrication points), regular maintenance.
g. The training is carried out by the full-time engineer.
3, After-sales engineers are trained in the operation or maintenance of the purchaser under the "Customer Training Program", with no less than 2 staff trained in each equipment, reaching independent operating equipment and general troubleshooting.
4, In the warranty period, if the buyer needs to provide staff training support, we provide free training services; advanced training can provide spare parts replacement, correction of learning.
